HEALTHY NUDGE FOR COMPANIES
Investing in the health and wellbeing of your employees is essential for cultivating a highly engaged, productive, and competitive workforce.
Increasingly, companies are recognising that employee wellbeing and health is a crucial component of their output and productivity.
Investing in employee health and wellbeing is now considered to be as valuable as investing in career development and training programmes. Although the Vitality Health ‘Healthiest Workforce’ survey found a decrease in absence over the past year, the amount of presenteeism has increased, with employees losing an average of 38 productive days per employee in 2019 due to absence or presenteeism. Promoting healthy living and maintaining employee health has never been more crucial.
Your Team’s Health is our priority
– Mobile Health Checks
We’ve discovered that providing people with real data about their health creates the perfect nudge to either keep them going, or get them started on a journey towards improved health.
Our mobile clinic space provides a private, clean, and comfortable environment where we can conduct a number of measurements to assess a person’s current health. The best part; we can bring it right to your office door.
During the 30 minute appointment, we measure a number of health markers, spending time explaining and discussing each one.
Here’s a snapshot of each area of health we explore:

Body Composition
We can determine a person’s level of muscle mass, body fat, mineral levels, protein levels and body water content. This part of the health check highlights imbalances in the body and helps identify key areas of focus to improve health.
Peak Flow
We measure lung function, a vital aspect in optimising cardiovascular fitness and endurance during workouts.
Blood Pressure
We measure blood pressure levels to assess cardiovascular health and assess the risk of medical conditions requiring further investigation.
Oxygen Saturation
We evaluate the efficiency of oxygen delivery to muscles, providing insights to enhance stamina and performance during exercise.
Resting Heart Rate
Tracking heart rate at rest, offering insights into cardiovascular fitness and recovery.
Grip Strength
Assess overall strength and potential muscle imbalances, guiding a well-rounded strength training regime.
Total Cholesterol
Measuring total cholesterol helps assess risk of heart disease and stroke by indicating the overall amount of cholesterol in blood. Cholesterol is a waxy, fat-like substance essential for building cells and hormones but harmful in excess.
Blood Glucose
Measuring blood glucose provides insight into how the body processes sugar, helping to diagnose conditions such as diabetes.
Instant results at the fingertips of your workforce

Printed and delivered at the time of testing
Health Check appointments last for around 30 minutes. During this time, we perform a number of tests to gain an overall picture of health. We spend time talking through results, explaining what each thing means and highlighting anything that sits outside a normal range.
We then listen to learn about each person’s experience with exercise and willingness/availability to train. Combining this information with the data in their results, we’re able to recommend areas to focus on meaning they can get the most out of the time and money they invest into health.
Is your company already providing a range of health related benefits? We can learn and promote these opportunities to your staff focussing on the most relevant ones for them based on their results.
Results are printed and given to each person to take away.
Track results over time and on the go
Body composition results are available to view instantly on the Inbody App. Here you can learn and interact with results, learning about your body. Based on each individual results, the Inbody app can support them with tailored nutrition advice and meal ideas to achieve improved body composition.
As they progress on a journey to improved health, each measurement they do will display on the app, showing change and progress over time. It’s the perfect way to stay motivated and recognise success that extends well beyond the number shown on the scale.
The Move+ Health App from VALD shows change in grip strength over time. Grip strength is widely recognised as a good marker for overall health and strength and each person’s score will compare with data from across the globe to show how they compare to the general population.
