Our comprehensive approach to understanding individuals’ health profiles goes beyond just measuring weight, as we utilise physical screening and lifestyle questionnaires to gain a complete picture of their health status.
Our mobile clinic space provides a private, clean, and comfortable environment where we can perform various measurements such as body composition analysis, BMI, blood pressure, peak flow analysis and a series of strength and range of motion assessments. By combining these results with the lifestyle questionnaire, we can categorise participants into one of three categories and provide them with a tailored plan and the necessary tools to make progress towards their health and fitness goals.
