Working with key partners in the health and fitness industry, we will provide pop up Health Checks that include body composition testing. Health Check prices start from £20.
Healthy Nudge Subscription
Individuals can sign up to receive their monthly Healthy Nudge through the post. You will receive a starter box and ongoing fitness plans and products, in the same way our corporate clients do.
Pricing is just £32 for the first month and then £16 per month after. There is no minimum term.
Testing is not included as part of this subscription.
