Your first month costs £30 which includes your starter box containing an eco-friendly reusable water bottle, gym towel, core sliders, sand timer, resistance band and skipping rope.

You’ll then receive a monthly Healthy Nudge, containing your fitness plan and product to help you either complete the plan, or live a healthier and happier life.

Each monthly delivery includes a new fitness plan based on two sessions to complete each week. One based on strength, the other on conditioning. All sessions come with a ‘workout with the instructor’ video allowing you to follow along in real time for the perfect demonstrations, teaching points and timings.

Body composition testing looks well beyond the number shown on the scale. It allows you to see changes in muscle mass, body fat, minerals, proteins and body water. Even when total weight might not be changing, you could still be making incredible improvements in health by adding muscle mass and reducing body fat mass.

InBody summarises your body composition into a simple InBody score. if your InBody score is increasing, your body composition is increasing.

And don’t forget, all your results and progress can be viewed in the InBody App.
