New for 2024, we are pleased to deliver our popular fitness subscriptions in a Lite version. You’ll still get access to the same great fitness plans, but they are delivered straight to your inbox via email for only £9 per month.
Each monthly email includes a new fitness plan based on two sessions to complete each week. One based on strength, the other on conditioning. All sessions come with a ‘workout with the instructor’ video allowing you to follow along in real time for the perfect demonstrations, teaching points and timings.
